General Conditions for Article Submission
The general requirements for article submission and review are as follows:

Authors must submit their articles in accordance with the magazine’s formatting guidelines and include a signed commitment form via the website: https://qazvingrape.areeo.ac.ir.

If the submission is made by a student, the approval of the supervising professor (with a signed print request letter) must be communicated to the magazine office.

Submitted articles must not have been previously published in another promotional journal. Moreover, during the review process, they should not be submitted to any other journal for review or publication.

Deleting, adding, or changing the order of authors, as well as changing the corresponding author, is not allowed after the review process has commenced.

The magazine’s office reserves the right to accept, reject, publish, and edit the articles.
Since the target audience of this magazine includes agricultural practitioners, extension agents, and students, it is emphasized that articles should be practical, written in simple language, and free of complex scientific terms. The primary educational message of the article should be supported with clear and illustrative figures.
Note:
- At the initial submission stage, authors must send all parts of the article, including tables, images, and figures, in two formats: Microsoft Word 2010 and PDF. Additionally, images used in the article must be sent separately in JPEG or TIFF format.
A. Writing Guidelines

Formatting:
- Articles should be typed on A4-sized pages (29×21 cm), with 2.5 cm margins on all sides and 1 cm line spacing.
- The length should not exceed 10 pages.
- Articles must be prepared using Word software, with Lotus-B font size 12 for Persian text and Times New Roman font size 10 for English text.

Article Structure:
- Title: Titles should be short (preferably 15 words), promotional, and engaging for the audience while reflecting the full content of the article. Use Titr-B font size 14 for the title.
- Authors and Affiliations: Names and affiliations should follow the organization's guidelines for listing names in scientific publications. Use Lotus-B font size 12 in italics for authors and their addresses.
- Abstract (250 words max): Provide a concise explanation of the problem, the innovation or achievement, and its field-level application without using scientific or technical terms. Use Lotus-B font size 11 for the abstract.
- Keywords: Include six relevant keywords.
- Main Text:
- Problem Statement (500 words max): Explain the existing problem and its importance.
- Introduction of Achievement or Solution (2000 words max): Describe the achievement, its significance, and step-by-step implementation instructions in simple language, supported with visuals.
- Promotional Recommendations (Conclusion) (250 words max): Summarize the recommendations.
- References: Include a maximum of 10 relevant references, such as scientific documentation, project reports, and research articles.
B. Essential Requirements for Article Preparation
- The article’s topic must be current and relevant to the magazine’s scope.
- Avoid writing in the format of research articles (e.g., including methods, literature review, results, discussions, scientific abstracts, and formulas).
- The content should be practical and applicable at the field level.
- Use attractive and relevant images with a resolution of at least 300 dpi.
- Keep the content concise and avoid unrelated statements or scientific formulas.
- Refrain from using technical or specialized terms that are unfamiliar to practitioners.
- Write short, clear, and fluent sentences.
- Emphasize practical aspects and the needs of agricultural practitioners.
- Avoid long reference lists.
- The corresponding author is responsible for the accuracy of the article’s content and the authors’ names.
- Download, complete, sign, and send the scanned commitment form.
C. Required Files for Submission
When submitting an article, the following files are mandatory:
- Author details.
- Original article without author names.
- Letter to the editor (commitment form).
- English abstract.
Other files are optional.
